The nitty gritty of the Mumford Mansion

We have spent the last two and a half years remodeling our home to make it comfortable, beautiful and up to date.  The entire house had new can lighting installed to brighten up all of the living spaces.  The kitchen cabinets were painted to update the look and feel of the kitchen with granite counter tops. All appliances were put in two years ago, with smudge proof fridge and oven.

The kitchen is very elegant looking with the newly painted cabinets.  The cabinets also have some brand new brushed nickle hardware/handles.   We love the new beadboard that we put up to surround the backs of the cabinets.   The cut out window above the sink is great to see what is going on in the large family room that goes out to the brand new massive deck.

The master is very spacious.  We have a queen bed, but even with a king you would have plenty of room.   We knocked down walls between two bedrooms and made a large master with a very large walk-in closet.

The closet is extremely large, with a large window for natural light in the closet!

The yard is INCREDIBLE!!!  We have spent hours and hours and hours making our yard amazing!   The whole yard has been completely redone.   The sprinkler system is brand new.   The backyard has a brand new huge patio with a fireplace, connecting to another large patio under the deck.   We have a huge pine tree that keeps the patio shaded for much of the day.   We also have lots of decorative bricks and a outdoor drinking fountain in the backyard.

Literally every wall, every ceiling has been painted with premium sherwin williams paint.  You will love the neutral gray tone throughout the house!

As soon as you come in the home and walk up a few stairs you will enter the large family room/formal front room.   The room has a very large window, with new blinds.   It's a bright room from the sunlight, but also well lit with the can lights.
